This little English area is home to Windsor Castle and St. George's Chapel. Windsor Castle is the largest and the oldest inhabited castle in the world and is considered to be the late Queen Elizabeth II's favourite residence.

You can enter Windsor Castle and St. George's Chapel. Visitors are allowed to take photos on the grounds of the castle however you are not allowed to take any photos once you are inside. Adult tickets are £30.00.

A must see when visiting Windsor Castle is the changing of the guards. This takes place every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 10:45am. The changing of the guards allows for a new group of soldiers to take over the responsibilities for guarding the palace.

If shopping is what you are looking to do while in Windsor, explore the shops at the Windsor Royal Station. From souvenirs to clothing stores, there is a shop catered just for you.
